Building simple systems inside our own ecosystem first.

Before we take on a long list of external clients, we're proving our approach inside brands we know well and care about: Nova Vitas and MINDSHIFTERS.

These aren't "portfolio pieces" from a distance. They're real, messy, living businesses where we've tested the same thing we'll build for you: clear positioning, simple websites, basic automation and practical content that a small team can actually run.

We're in a building phase on purpose.

Instead of pretending to be a big agency with a hundred case studies, we'd rather be honest: right now our best work lives inside our own ecosystem. That gives us room to experiment, refine and break things quietly, so what we bring to your SME is calmer, simpler and proven.

Below are two of the systems we've helped build so far.

Nova Vitas 

Nova Vitas – Turning scattered ideas into a simple content system

Nova Vitas is a faith-based content brand that shares Scripture-focused videos, posts and resources. Like many small creative projects, it started as ideas everywhere: WhatsApp notes, half-done drafts, different platforms, no single home.

What we found

  • No central place to send people who were interested.

  • Content and ideas living in separate silos with no clear structure.

  • Lots of energy, little system.

What we did

  • Designed and built a simple website that explains what Nova Vitas is, who it's for and how to follow or connect.

  • Created a content structure for series, resources and future products, so new pieces have a "slot" to live in.

  • Connected the site to YouTube, TikTok and other channels in a way that doesn't overwhelm the creator.

What changed

  • There's now one clean link to share in conversations, bios and profiles.

  • New content can be published into a predictable structure instead of "where do I put this?".

  • The brand feels real and ready to grow, not just like a few good posts lost in a feed.

MINDSHIFTERS

MINDSHIFTERS – Giving a growing practice a stable digital home

MINDSHIFTERS is a coaching, counselling and mediation practice working with individuals, couples and businesses. Most of its early growth came through word-of-mouth and personal referrals. Almost everything lived in the founder's head and WhatsApp.

What we found

  • No clear, central explanation of services and approaches.

  • Enquiries arriving in DMs and chats with no simple way to track them.

  • No place to publish articles or future programmes.

What we did

  • Designed a website that explains each service in plain, everyday language and makes it clear who MINDSHIFTERS helps.

  • Created simple enquiry paths for individuals and organisations so people don't have to guess how to reach out.

  • Set up space for blogs, resources and future offers so the practice can grow without rebuilding the site.

What changed

  • The practice now has a calm, professional online home that matches the quality of the work in the room.

  • New enquiries come through a simple, trackable channel instead of disappearing into WhatsApp.

  • There's a clear foundation for future content, workshops and programmes.

What these projects taught us

Working inside our own ecosystem has given us a few non-negotiables we now carry into every engagement:

  • Small systems beat big plans. A simple website, clear messaging and one clean enquiry flow are worth more than a thick strategy deck everyone ignores.

  • Owners need clarity, not jargon. Every deliverable must help you answer basic questions: Who are we for? How do people find us? What happens after they enquire?

  • Tech must serve the humans. Tools, AI and automation are there to reduce manual work and open loops – not to create more dashboards you'll never open.

  • Everything should be run-able in a normal week. If a system only works when everyone is at 120%, it's not a system. It's a fantasy.
