You have an idea. You just don’t have a system to build it.
IdeaLoop is a structured business concept development process that takes your idea through eight tested frameworks — and gives you a written report that tells you whether it holds, where the gaps are, and exactly what to do next.
Most business ideas die quietly.
Not because they are bad ideas. Because they never got the structure they needed to become real businesses.
The owner pitches it to a friend, who says it sounds good. They spend a weekend on a business plan that never gets opened again. They build a logo before they have a customer. They price it based on what they feel comfortable charging. And then, six months later, they are still in the same place — with an idea that never turned into anything.
The problem is not commitment. It is the absence of a process.
ideaLoop is that process.
It is a structured, eight-phase business concept development framework that takes an idea from instinct to evidence. By the end, you have a written report that tells you what you found out, what the gaps are, and what to build first.
Not a business plan. Not a pitch deck. A clear-eyed assessment of whether your idea can work — and what it needs to get there.
What you leave with.
Every ideaLoop session ends with a written deliverable. Not a summary email. Not a slide deck. A properly formatted report that captures what was found in each phase, scores the concept across all eight dimensions, identifies the three highest-impact priorities, and maps a 90-day roadmap for the first phase of building.
The ideaLoop Business Concept Report includes:
→ A concept verdict — Validated, Developing, or Not Yet — with the reasoning behind it
→ An eight-phase scorecard (scored out of 40) with a one-sentence finding per phase
→ Detailed findings for each phase: what was found, what it means, what the key gap is
→ Three ranked priority recommendations with expected effort and impact
→ A 90-day launch roadmap: Foundation, Activate, Scale
→ A clear next steps section with the ideaLoop credit applied to any implementation work
The report is yours to keep, regardless of whether you engage hyperLOOP to do the implementation work.
Choose the format that fits where you are.
ideaLoop is available in three formats. Each one produces the same written report. The difference is in how much of the process you go through with a facilitator versus on your own.

ideaLoop costs you less if you build it.
Whatever you invest in ideaLoop — workshop, piecemeal, or self-serve — a proportional amount is credited against any hyperLOOP implementation project you proceed with within 30 days of receiving your report.
If the report tells you the idea is ready and you engage hyperLOOP to build it, a portion of the ideaLoop cost is deducted from your first invoice.
If you decide not to proceed, the report is yours to keep. Everything in it is actionable regardless of whether you work with us.
The report is never wasted. The question is only whether you build it yourself or with us.
Also built for internal use.
ideaLoop is not only for new ventures. Any business evaluating a new service line, a new product, a new market, or a strategic pivot can run it through IdeaLoop before committing budget to execution.
hyperLOOP uses ideaLoop internally before building any new product or service. Every ideaLoop document you have received — the facilitation guide, the report template, the question bank — was built after the concept was run through the framework first.
ideaLoop is also available for:
→ Corporate innovation teams evaluating new product concepts
→ Incubators and accelerators running concept validation for cohort members
→ ESD programme managers reviewing investee concepts before committing funding
→ Annual subscription for organisations running multiple concepts per year — R 18 000/year

Your idea deserves a proper test.
Not a conversation with a friend. Not a weekend on a spreadsheet. A structured process that asks the right questions and gives you a written record of the answers.
Book a workshop, buy a phase, or access the platform. The report is the output. The credit is the guarantee.
