Let's get to know your business

Before we do anything, we listen.

This short form helps us understand where your business is right now — what's working, what isn't, and what you're trying to build. There are no wrong answers. The more honest you are, the more useful our first conversation will be.

What happens next

Once you submit this form, one of two things will happen:

1. If your business is a good fit for what we do, you will receive a calendar link to book a 45-minute discovery call within one business day.

2. If we don't think we're the right fit right now, we will tell you honestly — and where possible point you in a better direction.

We don't do hard sells or unsolicited follow-ups. Your details are treated with respect.

What is your business called? The trading name your clients know you by.

What industry or sector are you in? Be as specific as you can — 'retail' is less useful than 'clothing retail' or 'building materials distribution'.

Where is your business based? If you operate in multiple locations, tell us your main base.

How long have you been trading?

How many people work in your business? Include full-time, part-time, and permanent contractors. Exclude yourself.

What is your approximate annual revenue?

In plain language, what does your business actually do? Describe what you sell or deliver as if you're explaining it to someone at a braai. Skip the corporate description.

What is the single biggest challenge your business is facing right now? Don't overthink this. What keeps you up at night? What problem are you most tired of dealing with? Be specific — 'growth' is not a challenge, 'we can't seem to convert enquiries into paying clients' is.

What have you already tried to fix it? What solutions, people, or approaches have you thrown at this problem? What worked, even partially? What was a waste of money?

If we solved this together, what would be different 90 days from now? Be as specific as you can. Not 'things would be better' — but what would actually be different. What would you be able to do that you can't do now?

What software and tools does your business currently use? Think: accounting, CRM, project management, communication, point of sale, inventory. Include anything digital you rely on — even WhatsApp.

How do you currently find new clients or customers? List every channel — even the ones that aren't working well. Include offline and online.

Walk us through how a new client comes in and signs up. From first contact to paid — what actually happens? Is it consistent or does every deal go differently?
